Job Description – Senior Pre Sales/ Solution Architect
Location: Pune | Experience: 10–15 Years | Industry: IT Infrastructure | Salary Bracket: ₹12–18 LPA
Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Networking, Servers, Storage, Security, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup & DR.
- Experience in Enterprise Solution Design, Data Center, Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of OEMs such as Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Fortinet, Sophos, VMware, Microsoft, AWS & Azure.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ, Tender Management, Technical Compliance & GeM.
- Strong experience in preparing Technical Proposals, Solution Architectures, BOMs, BOQs, Costing and Techno-Commercial Proposals.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with experience handling CXOs, CIOs, CTOs and IT Heads.
- Experience in leading/mentoring Pre-Sales teams and coordinating with Sales, Projects, Delivery, OEMs and Partners.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, profitability and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Pre-Sales and Solution Design for Enterprise, Government and Strategic Accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and develop end-to-end techno-commercial solutions.
- Support RFPs, RFQs, Tenders, POCs, technical presentations and deal closures.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and technology partners for solution validation and pricing.
- Lead and mentor the pre-Sales team and support Project/Delivery teams during implementation.
- Manage customer relationships and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
