• Conflict Resolution & Mediation
• Payroll Management & Benefit Administration
• Administrative Operations
• Employee Onboarding Formalities
• Assisting HR Manager for HR related work.
Skills :
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office Suite.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR issues.
