Job Description – L3 Field Networking Engineer
Salary Bracket: ₹6–9 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, advanced network solutions (LAN, WAN, VPN).
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level network incidents.
Design and enforce network policies, security measures, and redundancy plans.
Perform capacity planning, network assessments, and optimization.
Manage VPNs, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA), and advanced routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
Provide third-level support and root cause analysis.
Documentation network configurations, changes, and support knowledge base.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in network, supporting enterprise-grade infrastructures.
Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, etc.).
Experience with multi-vendor network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).
Proficiency in firewall management, VPN technology, and security.
Strong skills in network monitoring, diagnostic, and automation tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Ansible).
Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly valued.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Salary: Based on experience and capabilities.
Preferred: Candidates from the IT Infrastructure / System Integration industry with strong Enterprise and Government project exposure.
