Job Title – Business Analyst ( Pre-Sales )
Experience level – 0 Months to 1 Years
Location – Baner (Work from Office)
Role & Responsibilities –
● Understand company service offerings and solutions.
● Prepare and show company service offerings and solution demos.
● Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and document
them.
● Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and
preparing functional documents for the technical team.
● Experience in wireframe tools, writing use cases, user stories, SRS, BRDs, FRDs,
etc.
● Prepare Project Analysis, Project Proposals, Document Creation, Workflows, and
diagram designing based on client requirements.
● Actively involved in ongoing developments and support them to understand the
requirements.
● Maintain long-term client relationships and convert them into an upsales
opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills –
Must Have skills:
● Should have excellent spoken and written English skills with clear articulation.
● An extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.
● Requirement understanding and Analytical thinking.
● Knowledge of SDLC
● Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent degree with relevant experience.

○ Business requirement document
○ Software specifications
○ Feature list and estimations
○ Presentation and Workflows
● Must have proficiency in any of the following tools ( at least one)
○ Project Management- JIRA, Monday.com, Trello
○ Workflows- Miro Board, Draw.io, Google diagram
○ Low fidelity wireframe – FIGMA, Google diagram
○ Excel sheet – Google Sheets, MS Excel
Nice to have skills :
● Understanding of technology, databases, and software.
● Experience in domains like Healthcare, IoT, Retail, and E-Commerce
● A handful of knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computers.
