About Us
We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable ROI and qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Write compelling ad copies and test variations for higher CTR and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make optimization decisions.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily campaign adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Optimize landing pages, ad extensions, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, new features, and policy updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Ability to handle end-to-end campaign management including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with remarketing, A/B testing, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Knowledge of other ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing Ads) is a plus.
- Understanding of B2B or healthcare/IT industry marketing campaigns.
