Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and implementation
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Troubleshoot and debug existing software
• Implement backend services using Spring Boot and REST APIs

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

• JUnit / Mockito – for unit and integration testing
• CI/CD tools – such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Security best practices – JWT, OAuth2, API security
• Performance tuning – JVM optimization, memory management
• Agile/Scrum methodology – working in fast-paced, iterative environments
