Salary:1.6 to 2.4LPA +
Pickup & Drop + Night Shift allowances + Incentives
Points to be noted:

Contract
duration would be 4 months extendable

Working
days will be 5+1. (employee will be paid for the 1 extra day separately apart
from their salary)

Canadian
Shift- 5:00 P.M to 8:30 A.M. (the shift rotation, if any, will be within these
timelines)

Shuttle
Pick and drop from 7 A.M to 10 P.M. home pick and drop after that.

Transport
would be provided within a radius of 40 kms within Pune municipal limits.

Incentives
can be earned upto 6K/month
-
Night shift allowance – if an employee is working in night
shifts for more than 10 days in a month, then he/she will be eligible for this
allowance. (e.g: if an employee has worked in night shifts for 22 days, he/she
will be eligible for Night Shift allowance for 12 days).

All the extra earnings of the employee
would be paid cumulatively at the end of the of the contract duration.
